Operational development
We support the further development of our investments through a large team of operational specialists – each one a proven expert in his field with at least ten years of industry and management experience. We employ our own specialists for financing & controlling, purchasing & logistics, IT & business processes, production & technology as well as sales & service. Our operational team covers a wide range from different branches / industries: automotive, chemical, mechanical engineering, electronics / technology, consumer goods, trade and services. Our experts have gained experience with owner-managed medium-sized companies as well as with international corporations at home and abroad
Holding functions
Employees in the holding functions support our investments and the investment team. This team covers a wide range from different disciplines: tax, legal, controlling and accounting as well as human resources, marketing and office management. The team plays a special role in structuring acquisitions, in relevant legal and tax matters and in ensuring business transparency. Before joining KMT, these employees worked for international tax consulting and auditing companies, well-known law firms, personnel consultancies and industrial companies
Mergers & Acquisitions
The employees of the investment team each have more than ten years of professional experience in analyzing companies and their potential as well as structuring and financing acquisitions. By integrating our operational team, we guarantee a high level of industrial understanding and can concentrate on the essentials during the examination. All decisions are made by the board of directors and the supervisory board. This guarantees quick implementation and a high level of transaction security
